On Monday June 22,1998 Hanson appeared at MuchMusic in Toronto for a quick interview. Much didn't want to advertise about Hanson coming for they thought Hanson would attract a large crowd of screaming girls-like when the Backstreet Boys came, so one of the v.j's at Much said that Hanson might stop by for a mini interview but it wasn't certain. One of my friends called down to Much to ask them what the probabilty of Hanson coming was and they said very good!!

The interview was going to be at 4pm but I couldn't get down there until 3pm (which was a bummer). When I got there (with my friend Alicia) there was already a big crowd (well actually about 50 people) waiting at the window. From where I was standing I couldn't see anything but my friend Olivia was at the very front. About 45 minutes to 4pm I realized that someone I knew worked at Much and I thought that he might be able to get me and my friend in! And he did!!! He got us 2 wristbands and let us go in and sit wherever we wanted.

There was a yellow and blue box there and that's where Hanson was going to sit. So we sat right beside it. Later they let in the other lucky fans to come in and take their place. I think there was about 40-50 fans in there. Finally it was 4pm and Hanson came!!!!!!!

I almost had a heart attack! I couldn't belive I was sitting right beside Ike. Taylor (my luv) was beside Ike and Zac was beside Tay. They looked really good! Zac, Tay and Ike answered Much's v.j. Rick the Temp questions as well as some from the audience. They also aired the Canadian premire of "River." Hanson only stayed for about 40 minutes but 10 of those minutes were off air at the end of the interview and they were taping some commercials for Much with Hanson saying, "Hi I'm Zac..Taylor....and Isaac and we're Hanson and you're watching MuchMusic" as well as, "Hi we're Hanson and we would like to wish you guys a very happy Canada Day on July 1st!". That part was really cool.
