I live on Catalina Island, which is about 26 miles off the coast of los angeles, ca. My best friend, Corey, and I have been Hanson fans forever. so, one evening in January, one of my friends calls me up and told me that Hanson was down at the restaurant where she works. she said they were eating dinner. Well, I didn't believe her, but she swore to me she wasn't. so, I called Corey, who told her dad, and we decided to go to dinner at the same place they were eating at. We walked down there, telling ourselves not to get our hopes up. Well, we got to the restaurant, and sure enough, there they were eating Mexican food! Well, we got a table, and ordered. It was so weird, seeing Hanson eating at a restaurant that I have eaten at a million times before. While we were ordering, they got up to leave!! Corey got up to see which way they went, and we followed. We followed them to the place where the boats from the mainland and we started to talk to them. We talked about what it was like to live on the island, when the new cd is coming out, and paintball. They told us they were over on the island doing a photo shoot for Seventeen magazine. :) They were so cool, and so polite, and so real! Taylor was really tall, Zac is huge, and Isaac is hilarious! My only regret is that we didn't have a camera. I still can't believe that Hanson showed up on my little island in the middle of the ocean.
