Hi everyone at the Hanson Hotel, I hope you are having a nice stay. I was one of the people to go to the Donny and Marie show on Thursday, let me tell you about it. When I got my tickets it said you have to be at least 16 but I am only 11 so my mom called this guy named Tony Salazar who is in charge of tickets, my mom had to beg him to death to get him to let me in and he said yes, but only if I don't act like a crazy Hanson freak, which I am. He also said that if you enter the Donny Osmond fan club than you are guaranteed a seet so my mom entered. Hanson is trying to change their image and get more like High school guys into their music. Hanson is kind of annoyed by the 12 year old Hanson freaks who are girls. Finally the day had come, it ended up that it was me, my friend, and my grandma. We left school about 1 hour early when the show started at 4:00 so we got there at about 2:00. We waited in a line that wasn't very long but it grew as we waited. At about 2:30 this security guard went walking through the line. When he got to us he said to my grandma "are you carrying a camera?" My grandma said "yes, would you like me to put it in my car?'' he replied " yes" he waited for my grandma to take the camera out of her purse. Then she said " I've seem to have left it in my car." (she made a smooth move) The security guard moved on. At about 2:45 we moved to the other side of the street. At about 2:50 we moved up about thirty or forty yards. At about 3:00 they went by and asked for V.I.P's and Donny Osmond fan club members to go up further a few feet. Up there this guy was carrying around a list so my grandma told him her name and he checked it off and said "okay". At about 3:10 we went up into the studio. We could hear Hanson practicing their music and in the room they had T.V.'s that had Hanson on them practicing. They made the screen look all blury so Zac's face looked all long and stretched out. At about 3:30 we went into the audience and it looked really colorful. We moved up into the audience and the lady put us in the second to last row on the side. At first we were really upset. At the beginning of the show it was actualy the middle of the show with Hanson performing. They performed Run Rudolph Run, Ever Lonely, and Merry Christmas Baby all of which were great and loud. Then I am not sure but I think they Interviewed David Hasselhoff and also when he was going off stage since we were on the side we could see him and he gave us some pictures of him with a fake autograph on it but still it was cool and he was really nice. Then they brought out these little talking Christmas trees and to introduce Hanson the like 40 or 50 Cristmas trees started singing MmmBop. Then after they did that they brought out Hanson then they sat down and Donny and Marie interviewed them. Then when Hanson was going back stage (they went a different way than David Hasselhoff) we saw Taylor and when everyone else was looking at the stage he waved to me and 2 other girls who were by us. Then after that it was the begining of the show when they introduced Donny and Marie. Then it was over but wait not yet. When we were outside we saw a van drive by and we banged on the windows and Hanson was in there and they waved back then they drove around the building so we saw them again. Basicaly we got with in 1" of them. This will air on Dec. 17 at 9:00am on Fox. And that was my day at Donny and Marie.
